Link Juice - How to link build with donations

Terry Gordier just published a blog post about building backlinks via donations...

... That got me thinking about donation software and footprints -- some donations packages automate the donation process and automatically leave a "thank you sponsors" page where the donor's link is shown.

Any ideas on how to use Google to find these? I'm thinking we can get backlinks for as little as a buck with this method.

So.. you're thinking about donating $0.01 or something to get backlinks? Interesting.

A penny? Nope. If the donation if through PayPal the owner is going to set it higher to compensate for PayPal fees.

But I could see us coming up with a way to find pure gold nuggets... PR7 sites that accept a low "donation" and rewarding us with link juice.

There was a time when I had a PR4 site and would have LOVED to get 10 people giving me $5 at a time for link juice. I know better not to do that nowadays.

And remember that million dollar page... where you donated money and bought a pixel at a time?
