Link Juice and Article Directories?

Top Article Directories like ezine, goarticles, articledashboard, articlealley are do-follow or no-follow?

Do they pass link juice when article page itself have no value

ezine and goarticles are both do-follow, not sure about the other two.

The individual links from these directories have limited value, you get some of the link juice from the site itself since its a high PR (ezine is 6 I believe).

Ultimately though, submitting your articles to these directories should only be a small part of your SEO efforts.
