Link isn't available on bio

Hi!
Today I tried to put a link on my instagram account bio (ex goo.gl/zzzz) . And after I tried to open the link it doesn't work. And I have been linked to prntscr.com/mkhxq3

My link work very well . But on instagram is targeting me as spamm ? If I change my link with : google.com or facebook.com it's working.
I using goo.gl for my weebly site where a have an backlink to my offer. I tried bitly too , with the same results, targeted as spamm . Any suggestion will be great !

I tried to put my link and it says
ht tp://prntscr.com/mkiipo . I tried and with my link from weebly and it say the same think.

It worked with linktree . I saw one of your post from another topic and it helped me.
