You need to point all IP addresses to the same folder on your server. Then you need to write a rule for your webserver to redirect to your affiliate link with any words after. The best option, so you can track clicks and avoid redirects on any text after IP, is to have all texts inside a database, and then you can also track clicks on that particular link, so you can see what works and doesn't.
