If I search on google for my backlink and it has indexed then the backlink is already confirmed?
 
Basically, yes. It has been indexed in Google's database. The results in SERPS are not correlated immediately, however.

Yes, but Google can detect real human visits through your link and define certain "link weight" . If nobody visit this link it could be not calculated. But nobody knows exactly

Your backlink is just indexed, not quality confirmed, etc. it's the first step. depends on your backlink quality, it will effect on your website SEO. ( most of the time nothing quickly will happen, making backlink is not only thing to do for improving website SEO )
