Not sure about any free one but you can do it with Scrapebox (not free).

Is there no software?
I make some backlinks that I would like to know if they're indexed after a week so I know if I must force with google submit url or not. Doing things manually requires me to save every single backlink somewhere and remembering about them to check them out
