I've never done a profile link. I don't mean forum profiles. But on high DA sites, like foliohd.com or sortfolio.com. Sites you have a small profile and they allow do follow links in the profile. Are these okay? Or are they risky to send to money site?

I'm trying to make this new site white hat, with a sprinkle of grey hat. So don't know if this is too risky. I just started and have about five really high DA links already. But I need some more.

I tend to avoid these links as well, they don't pass much real link value and are often a higher risk than anything now that Google's been putting the beat down on easy to come by links.

i think site like behance yourlisten BandCamp and hightrusted sites

not risky to put direct link to ur moneysite

btw, this by Experience.

it's not a bad idea to link some of these sites to your money site,
don't worry ;)

Profile links from various web 2.0 sites can have a great effect especially if you can add some content like a notor similar.

Actually several sites that have n0follow links in the content will offer a d0follw link in the profile. Many people skip these sites because of the n0follow links in the content. The n0follow links are only to external sites so if you link to your profile page you will get a D0follow link to your profile that holds a d0follow link to your money site. That way all the juice will be passed and it will help your rankings. Just post articles as usual and build a second tier all the juice will then be passed through your profile link, and with no external links in the content it will not ring any spam alarms with the admins.

That is a great way to get some links that other do not realize are available.

I personally like them because they diversify your backlink profile. I can't see a problem unless they are two big of a percentage of your links. Some links like this are natural.
