Yeah you can get away with it using linkt.ree as it acts like a landing page!

You can. however keep in mind that IG spiders usually scan landing pages. so links with like <hop=ref8282> from clickbank usually spotted easily.
What you can do is post your aff link on twitter than in your linktree insert that link instead of your aff url
