Do i need to make duplicate clickfunnel landing pages? Or can I use the same clickfunels page and use 50 different bitly links for my 50 accounts and not get flagged?

using bit.ly won't make much difference as instagram will count upon the link to which bitly is redirecting. Better you use pre-landers for each account which direct your users to clickfunnels or have seperate clickfunnels pages for each account.
