Link Hotel aka link Pages Yes or No?

Hi,
I see a lot of websites using link pages like on one below (Some higher DA some lower). Their links are quite easy to get the only ask for a backlink with you can probably remove after a while anyway.

Do those websites have any like juice with big G. Any advantages or disadvantages if you use them? It seems like easy, reasonable links but their pages look so spammy.

That is fine. The example shows a website from the Netherlands and even the biggest websites in our country uses them.

In the end; diversity is key. Don't overdo it, but a few will definately help
