tell us if this backlink indexed fast?
and if your site benefit from it or not?

Web.app parasites will index pretty easily, just chuck a few links at it or submit it to your favourite indexer. As far as the link being a benefit, it's going to be different for each site. For a low competition keyword it may well help to move the needle, but for anything competitive it's just going to be another drop in the bucket.

Web.app are the most secure domain for apps, can be indexed easily. But, indexing crucially depends on the type of niche you are targeting.
