Yes, but this is Harvard, not school in Pcim Dolny
Anyway I would not buy for this price. That's huge money for me.

Its very costly. I doubt one single link from Harvard will boost up the ranking anyway. Instead I would buy some nice domains and create a small Personal network with that kind of money.
