I Purchsed LFE 3 days ago, i am having some issues with the installation as i am not that tech savvy so i have not actually used the software yet.
I must admit that i have been quite a pain asking support team for help (that's probably why they have stopped answering my emails) it looks like there is only one person providing support for all users on their members site, so i guess i will have to wait for my turn.
Once i get to actually use the software i will give you guys an update as to how it works.

I see you're very helpful here and I like how you're addressing questions and updating your product and adding features etc. BUT I sent a pre sales question twice this week to the support email on your sales page. No response yet. Just wanted to clarify some questions or just see how support would be before I purchased. I use this as a gauge to see how good support would be if i bought the product. No response in a few days is not that good for first impressions but i can forget about it if the product is good.

Update - I finally managed to get LFE installed (Yeah) but now i am having some difficulties settingup CatchAll email on the server.
I have sent several emails with no reply from customer support?
Come on guys, your product looks like it's awesome but your customer support is non existant.
I admit that i am not tech savvy so i may need more help than your average user, but it's been 5 days since i purchased LFE and i still have not been able to use it?

hmmm not looking good. i'm guessing the emails got caught up in their spam folders or they are too busy making their product better. I hope this is the case other wise my 2hundy will be better spent on a few pints.

I just bought this the other day. Just was able to set it up tonight. Just reading the manual it gets you kind of excited of the potential.
I really thought this was going to need to know how to program and all different coding.
Yeah well I was COMPLETELY wrong.
Everything is there to help newbies to the advanced.
