1 get a vps for it, you need to run cron jobs, i guess it depends how far you scale it but a good server setup will go a long way, possibly contact wiredmom for hosting with solidboxes, she would easily be able to handle it
2 no, your creating wpmu sites etc elsewhere, your not hosting them yourself

Thanks for your help with this questions trophaeum, you're right a VPS or Reseller account will do the job, since you're running the cron each 20-30 minutes your hosting company will not complain about this.
We have many users using HG without problems, so if you have a HG Reseller account it's ok

@Harro, I saw your blurb on why it was better than Xrumer. What's your opinion on LFE versus SEO Link Pro?
This looks like it creates actual content (or that you could put your own content in there) as opposed to just link spamming.
Any comparisons out there?

i've just juumped in and bought it. gonna install now and have some fun!!

* blog's 'Status' field is now editable
* .CSV export can be performed on selected blogs only now
* fixed SERP scraper bug when using footprints with quotes
* blogger blog creator now supports login into captcha'd accounts
* captcha cracker now supports PNG images
* after failed post, blogs are now being marked as not working, not deleted
* proper escaping of special characters
* added list of all blog tags and ability to perform quick search by them
* added tumblr support
* selected blogs are now stored in session variable instead of a cookie
* added search by post count
* added tag autosaving on manual tag editing
* added bulk blog actions to blogs screen
* added search by blog type
* fixed bug with memory limit exhaustion on repo sync

It supports WPMU, Blogger, Tumblr and Pligg right now.
We are considering the idea of adding social bookmarking sites, but we'll definitely add more and more platforms on the upcoming releases.

Ill help with this one. if you install WAMP, it will create a local install of php mysql and apache. You turn it on and off like any other program. I believe this does use ioncube, which is a free install as well.
(i had it previously installed so im not sure)
