Of course it's good, that's how are you building your backlinks, especially exchanging with knowen resources

It still works but you need TRUSTWORTHY link partners

Also, don't do a straight A < > B link exchange. That's easy to spot.... and penalize

Go for a a A > B > C link exchange instead
