Link exchange system with "sale link" options?

Hi!

I'm searching for link exchange system that accepts only good designed websites and with option to sell links.

I'm basically willing to do some good websites and put links on them and then sell points from system. I don't know if You ever heard something like this, but it is very popular in my country. Bad that they don't usually accept english websites.
