Does anyone know of any good link exchange services or websites?

I want only high quality links to my site and I don't want to pay too much for them, also I would prefer if the sites pointing in matched the type of service my site provides.

Well the service of my site doesn't matter, the whole point is to find a site to link to me that matches my service. So if I sell electronic cigarettes, I would prefer to find a site about smoking that links to me rather than sports recreation.

Your asking for links, but not telling the service it would help if you did then you might get more replies, the service of your site does matter.

if you want to get link exchanged then you must tell the service and you must have to exchange links with some one who have niche close to ur service. Otherwise it will be worthless for both of you.

lol,

I'm asking if there is a service out there for link exchanging period, to find and give out your links. Not looking to exchange any specific link right now.
