Link cloaking help

I want a fast redirector and referrer stripper.

Currently, I use a double-meta refresh of 1 second on two different domains to redirect to the money page. Because I bit.ly the 1st domain, this chain is 4 links long. It works at masking the referrer but due to the delays and bounces I lose a lot of traffic and thus leads. Is there a better solution?

edit: I have also used a Wordpress cloaker called CPA redirector using meta refresh but that leaks. So I had to redirect twice into two different domains with CPA redirector before going to the money page.

Please user give me some hints about Cloaking..
I m new to black hat world.

I think just bit.ly is the easiest and most effective.
