Link Cloaking Bannable in FB?

Hello guys, new here. I'm VERY glad to have found this forum, the knowledge here is priceless!

A few days ago I got in trouble with my ad account, it was being disabled for policy 28. Circumventing Systems, in the end, I managed to get my account back but not without much effort.

Honestly, I do not know why I was actually banned, probably cold traffic through a cold page but I begin to wonder,

I did use an URL cloaking plugin to mask the sales page of a product into my domain/slug,

so, did you guys ever had problems that you managed to identify as the cloak being the issue?

You answered your own question, you used a cloaking plugin, and got banned for circumventing systems (cloaking).

The reason people cloak in the first place is because the traffic source doesnt allow ads for the product being advertised. So if you get banned for circumventing systems, you just got caught, and cloaking 100% is the issue.
 
For not being banned, use paid cloacking service from professtionals, for example hide.click or Mr.Clo

Advertisements must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against others based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic status.
 
If you have high-quality cloaking, it's not, check the marketplace.
