Does anyone know a wordpress add-on that lets me redirect depending on the users geographic location

Like for example, if they click my link
/outgoing/buyproduct

If USA:
http://www.product.com/buy/

If UK
http://www.product.co.uk/buy/

Does anyone know how to achieve this
