What would you call the links on this page? Also are these even effective? Anyone know?

kind of spammed profile links, seems weak.

Look like profile link to me, Yup they are good.

These are profile links but management is necessary - means, everyday login there and connect with users, do comments on other blogs... take participate in them according to their mechanism.
