Can someone please explain me wat exactly is link buying and are there are any tools available for it and what is its use???

Senuke is a software that submits articles to certain websites that come with the software. Also, you need to buy scrapebox. Pretty sure it's $57 and if you need a little help on figuring out exactly what that does visit scrapebox.com and read their entire website.

So aren't there are any free link buying softwares????

Link buying is.... buying links. You can pretty much buy any type of link... blogroll, social media, press release etc. Check out the BST section of this forum.

Secondly, you don't need Senuke to buy link.... WTF are you talking about?

There are hundreds of programs that can build links for you, and the good ones that will actually rank your websites are not free. Go through this forum or even google to find out what are the best link building programs on the market. You sure can download some things for free but they wont be as good as the ones you have to pay for.

Link building is not easy tho. If you think you just buy a program press one button and boom your website is ranking first in google you are wrong. There are a lot of techniques with this programs you have to master and most of them do require separate VPS or Dedi which is an investment again.

If you are looking to just purchase links go to BST section and you will find all you need.
