Hi guys!

Just wanna ask , does overseas link building help me in ranking my website to google page 1 like In singapore?
(Just one country)

or I have to mainly focus on singapore backlink forum to bring up my website to page 1?

It's better if you target your regional backlinks to optimize your site.

In my opinion, regional backlinks to optimize > overseas backlinks

Yeh this is correct but it does not indicate that international backlinks are not important

But by using overseas backlink doesn't it puck the rank up in overseas country rather than the country I'm targeting at? Which is singapore?

Yeah of course helpful. If you can do that then visitors will come from all over the world not only from your region.

As some there are limited visitor its kind of hard to gain overseas visitor as in my country Singaporean are more likely to view the website than foreigner

You want to rank in Singapore. So, it's clear that you need visitors from Singapore.

So obviously, your primary focus should be on regional backlinks and secondary on international links. Once you build good number of regional backlinks move on to international links but at the same time continue on regional links. Conclusion is that regional links would help more.
