Just build links to your site and posts, high pr links and if you can also make some of them from the same niche
 
Actually PR don't have that value like before. But I think if you try to increase the number of organic traffic in your site then you can easily increase the PR too.

Build backlinks from High PR pages. That's the only way to increase PR. Period.
