Yes, there are many sources of free link building techniques on the internet. But you can't expect the desired outcome because you never know if something you get for free will be of good quality.

You can find many sources on the internet. However, it is unsure that free links would give you the expected results. You can also go for free review copies in the forum. But for top notch quality link-building, you will need to invest some money.
