Am starting this blogger blog and i was asking if i should start backlinking right at the beginning or i should wait till i have some content??

I would only start building backlinks after having published at least 10 articles

You need to fill your blog with articles first before building backlink to your blog, if you don't have an article how come reader will read your blog.

You must add content first. Then you can get backlinks.
