Wondering if anyone can help me. I've been a long-time lurker on here. I'm looking to build links to my money website. What SEO Link Building services would you recommend (that you've used personally)? When I check out the marketplace I'm overwhelmed with options.

This has been asked several times here, nobody can recommend or guarantee the services which will bring results to you. What you can do is ask the thread owners directly, discuss with them about your requirements, get some samples, analyse the stuff and go with the one whom you think will be suitable for the job.

I agree...it is better to negotiate directly with the service providers. Get samples and if you are okay with that you can select the service package you like. You will always find someone better than others. So keep looking..

Don't buy any cheap pbn services or spammy web 2.0s and spun content forum links. Focus on quality pbns or real guest posts.

Then, I'd say reviews are as good as recommendations
Compare prices & terms, be on the watch for Discounts (also in https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hot-deals.197/) and test some of the services when you get the chance.

If you want quality links, purchase high quality PBN links. If you can find niche-relevant ones, even better. Guest blogging posts work as-well but be prepared to pay a pretty penny.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket by purchasing the same links. In order to build a strong linkbuilding profile that doesn't raise any flags with Google, you a need diverse linkbuilding profile. Article/pdf/image/powerpoint submissions, blog comments, forum profiles, and business directories are all part of a "natural" website.
Also when purchasing a link building package, don't use the same anchor text. Mix it up with a couple of LSI keywords and use exact anchor texts sparingly.

Ask people for services that give a certain number of backlinks or pbns to a test or for review. From the point of view of Google, the best option is high-quality guest posts and pbns network's, but I diluted the link mas with backlinks from high-quality forums and they also have an effect, even nofollow links.

Yes, that's right. So I brought my hunting blog to the top, there was no Google sanction. And now I’m just building up the link mass in the thematic forums with pumped accounts.
