Link Building with Proxies?

I have a question, I want to build links to my website: social bookmarks, blog comments, web directories, social profiles.

What I want to know is if I need to use proxies when I build links or I can just use my IP ?


Another question is that I need to use Private Proxies to do this thing, or I can use Public Proxies ?

If you are manually building links you won't need to change your ip unless you are building a few from Dave site.
