Do-follow. If it will be no-follow you won't receive "link-juice". Do-follow links inform Google that the link is relevant. Thus Google might consider ranking you higher for certain keywords if you have enough do-follow links.
So you are asking about Outbound link which is basically you are giving link to someone else.
It is better to have no follow attributes on outbound links. In this way you dont give away your link juice to another.
Authority links always do-follow. It´s unnatural for Google if you mark these links as no-follow, just because of juice.
Better way would be to set less outbound links.
Do-Follow LInks ==> +ve Ranking [ Links help you rank higher for a keyword on which you are building links. ]
No-Follow Links ==> -ve Ranking [ NO follow links do not help in improving ranks for a keyword on which you are building links, instead can cause damage to rankings]
Do-follow directly helps with ranking through establishing relevant authority or popularity for the site or page in its niche.
No follow indirectly helps with ranking through improving organic visits from the referral traffic, thus contributing to a more natural looking traffic profile for the site (all do-follow links may leave a footprint).
The link juice will always come via do-follow links; however, a sprinkling of no-follow is pretty standard thesedays - so you should aim to have a few of each.
As an asside, I occasionally no-follow my personal PBN links - as crazy as that sounds! Makes things look nice and natural.
