just go to seoclerks and search for blog comments.

Those are manipulative redirects designed to specifically game Moz
algorithm to inflate da. Contrary to what's been said above, Google does not give out manual penalties for this alone, but it does outright ignore the links. I would be willing to bet that Harvard link up top is another redirect if you expand it, and towards the end you just see anywhere in the URL the domain name it's pointing to that's an example of one..
To do that they just get along this of those redirect exploit sites and do find and replace to replace the currently inserted URL with your site URL and then just copy and paste this BS redirects into any comment section bs bookmarking site or throwaway web 2.0 until it just by Moz . And Moz will boost your DA for these, yet they do nothing for your actual rankings..
There are similar ways to game other metrics specific to Ahrefs majestic and semrush...
this is why all tools are bs and I get really annoyed when people base link buying seky on one metric instead of looking at the site investing thoroughly and using their brain.

Not really check out Fiverr "boost Ahrefs DR" and you will find just as many 5 and 10 dollar gigs getting you to dr50 as you will Moz DA 50.. they just use different methods and different type of links,
Ultimately any tool you use there will be a way to game it... That's why you can't go based on the resulting numeric metrics in and of themselves, you have to dig deeper and use your brain. It's also a good idea if you're going to pay $200 a month for a tool that you stay aware of ways and means that it is manipulated and what to look out for to protect yourself from getting fleeced
