Link Building to ebay store/amazon products

I sell alot of stuff via amazon and an ebay store, i just wondered what you guys think about spamming links etc direct to these pages? instead of linkwheels etc.

Anyone have any experience of promoting these pages?

Simple method is to create a video and upload in youtube and other services and do seo for those. Rather than concentrating directly on those pages.

i tried to do this with my ebay store but it didnt really help.

Why? It doesn't make a difference. You could hit Amazon with billions of links and it wouldn't do any harm, only good.

thats what i was thinking, didnt know if it would be the same for an ebay store though.
