Hi All

I am a newbie in the SEO & want to know some do's and don'ts of link building?

Please help

Here are some Important points to consider during building the links
1. Check relevancy
2. Check DA PA PR
3. Think about the link velocity
4. Write unique content during link creation
5. Follow all the search engine rules
6. Maintain Equilibrium - between - Do-follow and No-follow Links
7. Do not SPAM
 
Don't throw random spam at your site, especially if you're a newbie in link building.. you need to understand what kind of links you are getting in case you are doing it yourself or ordering backlinks. Get manually placed contextual links for your site, and if you own the properties you should build another layer of links to your backlinks to juice them up. Search and read about link building, make sure the tutorials you read or watch on Youtube are up to date, dating this year.

It is better to have few good links instead of many of not good links. Your best SEO strategy is anyway to provide good SEO content. We always say Content is King.
