I Thank you for contributing done here.

yeah. looks like it gonna work well. I have experienced it for my site because these are the ways to get natural backlinks to our site.. But doing spam or over doing it will not work .

People may knock simple posts like this. But as a noob I can honestly say it's summaries and lists like OP's that help to give me an overview of what is required in the world of SEO.

I can then take each point and go off and learn what I need to for that area of SEO.

The problem I have found with forums like this so far, is that 99% of threads are highly detailed about a specific subject. It's summary/overview posts like this that have so far helped me to find out exactly what I need to learn.

Thanks, OP.

Great list, I've been staring at a list similar. Putting it all together, using the cheapest and most effective tools, and so that it works. That is the trick and not relatively easy.

Could you post what you have so far? Would be much appreciated

Is ezine still worthwhile?

I have 10+ articles on there all pointing to my money site which no longer show in my backlink pattern although the articles are still indexed.

I am thinking they have slapped ezine in much the same way as they did other low quality article sites? Certainly they do not carry as much authority as they once did? Anyone with a similar view?

Ezine formed a major part of my back linking strategy for 3 years and I was able to gain top 3 positions in my niche as part of that but I got slapped on the 20th August (circa) panda.

I have one article submitted to Ezine, and I guess it has lost its dominance. But either way, it's still Page Rank of 6 at least, and for my blog posts, that will add up when the third-party site goes up in the rankings.

Thanks for offering basic tips OP.

Writing original content on certain topics can get your link on their website with same niche. Content is king! Just remember one thing when writing a content, quality is far more important than quantity. In fact, quantity without quality is harmful.
