Hi all,

What kind of successful link building techniques are working for you guys at the moment?

I am still getting good results from paid links, senuke campaigns, articles and guest blogs.

It would be nice to hear some feedback from others on their techniques (this is a post to share ideas, not to encourage flaming about 'stealing ideas')

:)

i think you should build manually as many link as possible, from forum signature, profile link, paul and angela etc..

use article submission for higher quality links as well

I like forum posting or link building. basically i use backlinksindexer for quality backlinking.

Build Manual Links -

-Blog Comments [********+Relevant]
-Directory Submission
-Article Marketing [Each Article Must Be 100%] - [Submit Only on Ezine, Articlebase, Quality Sites]
-Forum Posting/Signature
-Classified Listening
-Press Release
-Backlinks From Youtube or Other Streaming Sites
-Web 2.0 Sites [Squidoo, etc]
-Social Bookmarking
-Create Page on Social Sites [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc]

Don't use any software.

no software? not everybody has time not to use software, if you have the mind power to put behind tools you can achieve most of this stuff in half the time. yes manual works better but software makes things so much faster

paul and angela has become a very old method....

Please suggest a new and good one...

What ever type of links you build, you gonna be rewarded for that. The more quality backlinks = quick movement in serps and vice versa. You can use all the techniques whether old or new low PR or high PR they all gonna pay you sooner or later.

Who knows websites with PR 0 gets to PR 3 with latest PR updates? So keep on building links naturally and it will pay you one day for sure.

Thanks

Completely agreed. Software can be very effective if used properly. After all, it does the same thing, but it is automated.

Isnt using the softwares borderline blackhat if not considered blackhat altogether? If I wanted to do it without anything affecting my legality of my site which softwares could I use?

Just using the software for link building doesn't make anything as blackhat otherwise you could consider spamming manually autoapproved blogs as whitehat. You can for example use scrapebox to find good high PR links and manually post high quality related comments which could be considered whitehat.

I would rather say it's the volume of backlinking and any tricks used that makes link building blackhat.

Hi Mate using all Off-page SEO method

So lets say we simply harvest and scrape the links from Big G and export them into a file and manually "spam" than it is considered whitehat. If I were to use the program to spam it would be considered Blackhat? Or is that also allowed, Im only asking because I want to get more into these methods but would like to remain whitehat all throughout.

yes you can do it manually but it will take hard to do by anyone without prior experience. backlinksindexer like big site can help you in this process.
