Link building strategy

Hi all,
Here's a link building strategy that I'm going to do myself for my money site.

Most of it is automated, let me know what you think.

10+ high PR links - PR 6-7
20 press releases - Submit each PR to 1x PR site and 100 links from free PR sites
Micro sites - Blogrolls - 10 (different c class IP ranges, all relevant to niches, Wordpress - using host of SEO plugins too)

120 - 200 links from article directories
200+ phpdug links

Dedicated Twitter & Facebook page per term (three). Semi automate content through feeds.

10-20 link marget / wheels

50 edu links

10 gov links

Dripable - Press releases and articles. 5x blasts per page.

Submit each new link to 200+ social bookmarking stes + ping once every three days 4x total.

I'm going to do this over the period of a month and hopefully get P1 rather than P4-5 for some highly compitative terms!

Just thought I'd put this out there and see what people thought.

I would say it's a good strategy for small/micro type sites or low-comp local keywords.

Those numbers won't do anything to a medium/high comp keyword. You've got a few hundred low quality links, and possibly a few quality links depending on where you "high pr" links are coming from.

I know that 'PR' is dead as dead, but people continue to use it as a metric, so I do too..

Ok, understood. I'm on the competitive scale I'm afraid. Need to get to P1 from P5 or so for high comp.. Any ideas?
