Don't believe any old strategies pre Mar 2024 google update... Even the biggest SEO gurus got hit and penalised by recent google update. Don't spend any money, wait and research - if link building is still worth doing at all.
 
We recommend focusing on PBNs, guest posts, niche edits, and high-authority, relevant sites as the primary sources for link building in 2024.
 
Niche Edit ,Guest post from High Traffic Sites and PBN from High Authority sites.
 
Conduct targeted outreach with a compelling pitch to potential link partners.
 
PR link building (Connectively, Featured, etc.) and Relevant guest posts would be the two that ae working best for a number of our clients.

From there internal linking is also something I would recommend, along with developing linkable assets and evergreen content.

Believe it or not, if you use press releases in the way they were intended to be used, you can actually benefit.

And please, don't issue press releases about the CEO of the company you're promoting going to the bathroom.

That's not gonna cut it.

You have to hitch your brand onto a controversy or a fast-rising trend in the industry that your brand is in.

I am giving preference to press releases, guest posts, and links from various marketplaces and listing sites too that not just give backlinks but also can give some leads.
