Link building strategy for few hundred pages?

Start off with the pages that are bringing in traffic and improve their SERPs. Use Google Analytics.

If each site is properly keyworded, then it needs to be linked seperately. Anything else is going to dilute your juice.

Go over and link them all using onlywire.com. You will get about 30 backlinks to each page and its really fast. You could probably do 100 in a day.

Thanks guys, found top 50 or so that are performing well, going to script something with winautomation to pull of a csv file and run through various submissions, creating web2.0 pages etc. will see how that goes

You could use Autopligg or Xrumer to post links to them using the spinner:

http://YourSite.com/{page1|page2|page3|page4|page5|page6|page7|page8|page9|and so on}

This would be a fast way to build up links without anchort text, then you just nee dto take your time and create good anchor text links to each one...
