I dabble in a bit of automation myself! For scraping, I've heard good things about (tools for scraping data), but it depends what websites you're after. As for emails, it's a bit trickier. Sending automated emails can get flagged as spam, so be careful. There are services like (marketing automation tools) that do it safely, but they can cost a bit.

Scrapebox has an option to submit forms. They also have a search engine scraper, so with a combination of the two, you may scrape relevant sites based on some keyword or something like that. If you need to retrieve emails, they also have an email scraper, and also you can use the results you got.

I use only professional SEO tools to find relevant sites. As for automatic emailing, you can get banned if you send too many emails of the same type. I realized that this process requires ingenuity and creativity.
