link building services weakness?

I've looking around PM service provider but my problem still hasn't meet a solution yet. I want to build links to dominate my country search engine for example google.com.au. In my past exp, I can rank (even page 1) in google international if I got high pr and good qualities link in bhw, but the in country search engine it appears weaker. some kws don't went well, they stuck in page 2,3.

hmm any thought? I suspect my site lack of links from my country..

how about links other than au? au is just an example to show the lack in bhw services

depends on country since some country have very few links. I scrapped a HUGE fr list and only got 100-200 links..

You obviously need plenty of local links, depending upon your niche, it may be easy to get some from authoritative sources such as directories and related sites.

only custom seo package could help. SEO people focus mostly on US and UK market because there's not much demand enough to invest in other local markets.
