I am building for two of my sites at the same time. I got a silly question: for example I build a hubpage with one of my links in an anchor text.

Should I log out when and create another account to build another hubpage? Maybe I should also use proxy? Or is it fine to get both of my links in the same hubpage (or other web 2.0 property) since they are from a similar niche?

Thanks for your time and feedbacks. :)

Your limited to just one Hub for each account? In this case, yes and you will certainly need to change ip.

Or if you can create another hub in the same account, do that. It would work like the article directories, a lot of articles from the same author.

No, I am not limited and I am not talking about hubpages in particular. I will try to formulate a question again:

If I create a web 2.0 property and post some content in it and add links to TWO of my websites with two anchor texts - will it be as valuable as if I create an individual property for each of my links? What about proxy?

The outgoing pagerank of your web2.0 will be split in half if you use two links instead of one (assuming there were only 2 links on the page). However in practice, since most web2.0s have multiple internal links on each page, the outgoing PR to each of your money sites will be reduced by a little bit less.

Using proxies wouldn't have any effect on the outgoing PR of your links, but it would make it more difficult for the web2.0s to track and ban the pages that you're making. Proxies are always recommended.

Note that linking to more than one money site from a web2.0 makes your link wheel more obvious and easier for the SEs to track.

What about forum signitures? Is it good to post two of your links in it? One to your main site and one to your inner article of the same site? And is it enough to just complete the signiture form in the options or you should also post a comment in the forum? Thanks again.

On a forum, there are so many links on the page that it's better from a strict PR standpoint to have as many links in your sig as possible, so you're slicing off as much PR from the page as possible.

However: sig links with more than one link look pretty spammy and increase your chances of getting banned.

Same thing with posting a comment, you'll get another link / more anchor text and PR but you also increase your chances of getting banned.
