Link building question.. Building link very first time..

Hey dear fellow members,
So, I'm coming straight to the point. I have owned an adult tube site, aged 1.5 yrs old. I didn't give much effort and attention to it for this long time. But I want to give it now.
As my site is aged enough for building links, I want to give some 'link-love' to it. I was planning to buy some adult backlinks from the marketplace.
But before that, I want to know how should I proceed..?? Will buying links in the first place good, or I should buy some social signal first..??
I mean, what are the steps I should follow one by one..??
I'm really newbie in this one. So, some good advice will always be appreciated..

So, I just started to share my site on Twitter and Reddit to get some social blessings.
Someone has some advice/suggestions on what should I do next or how to do things better..?? Anyone..?? Anything..??
