Hello Guys,

I want to know how to write link building outreach email and what to write, i am using semrush to building links but i dont know how to write email templates, can anyone suggest me examples how to write email template to get positive response. Thanks

Make a search on your niche + "write for us" and you'll find plenty of sites that allow posts with a backlink for a fee.
Get in touch with those you find suitable for your project and you bet they'll answer (no need for special scripts).

There isn't some strict rule about how to write email templates, you can write them however you want, it depends on your personal needs and preferences. There are some prepared templates that you can use, search them on Google and find some examples that could be helpful.

Summary is: Ask them directly if they accept guest post or not.

If you don't want to send your email to the sender's spam folder, then try to avoid use any URL. Also, check your IP is not black listed. Best way is to use VPN to send email to their inbox not in the spam.

Mostly on email templates, you can write anything based on your services offered. However, the "start to the point" message is a much better way of sending those messages.
