I think all are mentioned by you. Just utilize the way you make links.

Diversify, but make sure to focus on strong links and not too many spammy crap links.

I'm not sure which search result gave you these points. It's appreciable if you wrote it down by learning them. As @starki mentioned, don't get into easy or general methods. Link Building can be done in best way through Guest Blogging and getting link juices from high authority sites.

Share your links to high authority sites ie., Guest blog sites and also share on social media as well. Coz, social media sites have more authority probably 95+ and the Google will crawl these high authority sites at first. So it will help you to get rank easily.

You said focus on strong links but I heard you shouldnt use High DA links for new websites ,you can use High DA or strong links after 90days is it true?( because google may find out this links made by yourself)
