Link Building: High quality, relevant links

@danieledvart has been helping me out with this, and what to look for.

DA - Domain Authority. For Guest Posting, look for > 30
TF - Trust Flow (quality/ trust of links to a given URL), what is the min you would look for when doing GP?
CF - Citation Flow (quantity of links to a given URL), what is the min you would look for when doing GP?
Topical TF - Topical Trust Flow (determines what niche or sector a URL is in), assume here you'd just pick URLs where your niche is highest, ignore the rest.
RD - Referring Domains. I'm guessing you need ahrefs for this? What exactly do you look for here? There's no spammy domains?
Traffic - Websites with high metrics will usually have high traffic, but for GP aim for >1000

Can anyone help?

TF - higher the better
CF - higher the better
With average trust to citation flow ratio should be 0.50 or higher. More the authority and trustworthy the site, the ratio is higher.

How's this sound?

I like to pay close attention to the traffic estimation report in AHREFS but also the types of keywords that are driving that traffic. For example, if I have a pet site then I would want to get a link from another pet-related site that ranks well for pet keywords.
 
I have been doing it by simply searching by queries in SERP and evaluate them with Mozilla plugin just in SERP

Makes sense, so niche specific keywords? Do you look at anything else?

TF and CF flow... can anyone help to identify what to look for when looking for GP?
