I have an idea however i do not understand enough about google so im unsure how relevent it is; My questions are as follows:

If you are on "page 2" on a google search result and people utilize google to Find your page, and click on it, on page 2 thousands of times, will this move you to page 1?

The click through rate of a search result does affect it's ranking, but I'm not sure you could have that big of an effect on it such as to move it from page 2 to #1.
Bear in mind, all the clicks need to come from different computers, you can't just sit there and do it all day yourself.

You can post a job on microworkers.com and have people search it and click your website, I've seen others posting jobs there like that in the past, so perhaps it does have a measurable effect.

Why not just build some good quality high PR links? That will move it to #1

Yes, it will give some effect, but those clicks should be natural. If you make a bot to click your website and all the visits has 100% bounce rate then you will be out of 100

the best way to move ur site from page 2 to page 1 is by sending high pr blog post.Search the forum and buy from the bst.
