I'm wondering what your thoughts are post-penguin on link building for a good authority (PR 6) and older high ranking site. I have a huge amount of content to add but also need time to cultivate the backlinks (so I'll probably need some help). But the real challenge is not getting crap that will be penalized in Penguin. It's bad enough that there are sites around like board reader that cause enough problems with their manipulation. All of these get EDU backlinks sites are obviously not quality link building and looking at some results from people who tried them are horrendous. What can you suggest?
