Hey guys I have a 4 month old website and I would start to aggressively start link building, is it a good idea start building a lot of links to my tier 1 and 2 sites. I have 1 web 2.0 site that i have a few articles posted on. I have reviewed the buy/sell service but I can not decide on what service is best. I site is related to Medical IT Support

I'd suggest if it's only 4 months, looking at getting the Trial for SENuke XCr - Running the Turbo Wizard for 7 days and see how you like SENuke - If you don't like it then scrap it and wait another month to build more backlinks :)

I dislike services on new domains.. See if you can get a Virtual Assistant to manually build you links :)

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking of getting GSA Ranker

mate, it depended on your keyword, in my suggestion don't go for automatic software , they dose not work.

If you decide start with linkbuilding soon, I recommend starting slowly and gradually, and as far as possible by manual mode. Good luck

start with web2.0's as tier 1 and social bookmarks as tier 2 it works well

Everyone has a it of a different opinion on this I suppose
so mine would be social signals (lots off) and a Little of everything (HQ links) at the beginning, bookmarks, web 2.0 profiles
etc. Then move onto tier1, tier2 and tier3 stuff. I like to give a little bit of diversity at the start.

Manual backliing methods work best. I quit using automated methods a year ago. Try to get backlinks on high PR pages with low outbound links. Try to not target your main keywords so much with anchor text. Mix that up some.

SEO is one of the best service you can choose. You can search details via websites to have more infor. Good luck for you.

Well!!According to me that different terms for link
building of the new site.I like these terms...
1. orum posting
2.classifieds posting
3.press release
4.social book marking
5.article submission
6.using good keywords....

Make contact with other blogowners in the Medical niche and do some guestblogging where you include your link.
Check the PR on the blogs and choose the one that are most relevant for your niche and have the highest PR.

Thank you guys,But there is no short way. This is the part that is time consuming, but it is worth it. I always hesistant to trust this process to someone I do not know.
I usually start with a good plan.
  1. Find potential High Quality sites
  2. Develop a tracking process.
  3. Contact the sites, personalize emails and provide value to them. It must be a win-win for both parties.
  4. Rinse and Repeat.

I would suggest that instead to paying for a 3rd party to build the links, create the plan and hire a virtual assisstant. Give them a to do list and monitor performance.

depends what keyword you are targeting, for the most part I do everything that everyone on here has suggested just a little different with certain websites.

rss feed submission, search engine submission, use the link buliding tool.

make youtube videos for all your keywords and put your site url in description, you can rank yt vids very fast and you will get traffic to your site fast
