Urgent help required
After google update all my websites are affected. Now my keywords are not even in top 1000 and I am sure its due to those back links which i generated and due to this google update it severely affected.

Please suggest the better way to do link building so that we will not caught bt google

Do whitehat for a while. Write articles, submit to Web 2.0's with backlinks to your site, submit original articles to directories. Then use social media to boost traffic to those tier 1 sites.

Can you explain how you generated/created those backlinks you talking about in your thread?

Keep adding content to your site also, keeping things fresh and building some whitehat links will help a lot.

Build links to second tier sites that link to your money site. Keep your exact match anchor to a minimum for awhile, probably you have some sort of anchor text penalty.

First off you should check Google's webmaster tools to see if you received an unnatural links notice. If you did you're probably screwed unless you can get them removed. I've been fighting some penalties with google for that reason. They will not remove my penalty until they see a drop in backlinks to my sites.

Now if it's not penalized and you're just doing a google dance you may need to give it some time to see where you end up.

You have to be careful now how you build backlinks to your site. It's easier to build some higher quality tier 1 links that point to your site. Like web 2.0s, articles directories, etc. Use those as a buffer to your site. They typically can handle more aggressive link building.

Personally I like to build quality tier 1 links so that if someone were to inspect my backlink profile it would look legit.
