Linkbucks is the highest paying of these types of things.
I haven't reached payout there yet.

URLCash and Usercash are also similar services. URLCash pays more that Usercash but less than Linkbucks. Usercash pays the lowest of all of them.

I'm using them for my warez forum. I installed their script that turns all user posted download links on my forum use Link Bucks, so now it's just time to upload stuff on my forum and hope some users join.
