Lindexed.com Linked to Dripable.com API ISSUE

Hi!
Someone are using "Lindexed.com API" for import Dripable's links ?
It's Few days that I have setup the task, but I'm seeing that Api are only importing Forum Profiles links... and not Blog Comments.
I've submitted a ticket to LINDEXED and I've received this answer:

" We import ll the links we find in the API. Talk to dripable to include commenting links in the API and our script will automatically import them ".

Anyone have the same problem?

The bad thing is that I don't know why.. people are offering a service that don't work correctly and don't do nothing to fix It. Isn't my fault if the Api don't work and they require that I HAVE TO WRITE for FIX the PROBLEM when isn't my personal problem but a SYSTEM PROBLEM.
These kind of services are making a lot of money and the owners don't take the time to manage the requests.

Anyone with same experience?

Yes, I have contacted and I'm waiting for a reply.
The thing that I want highlight is that in my opinion isn't my "responsibility" to work for fix this problem. Bacause as you know.. configuring an Api is only Cut & Paste a code in a field and also I think that if don't work for me.. don't work for nobody.
If the service is promoted to Work with an Api, I'm paying for a service and the service have to work and no the final user have to fix the companie's problems.
It is a fair point.

does the Dripable APi still work ? cause its been 2 days and i cant see any links on the lindexed page.

Our system is working correctly, if you want to send both blog comments and Forum profiles to your preferred Indexing/Crawling system you need to check the Box in your Dripable Control Panel which says "Send Blog Comments to API".
